Expected participation: 20–30 teams (approximately 40–60 participants).
Eligibility
- Open to eligible college/university students. All courses and academic years/semesters are eligible unless restricted by final event policy.
- External participants are allowed subject to final XAVITECH eligibility rules and organiser approval. No separate age restriction has been proposed.
Registration
- One team member submits a single registration for the team and enters the second member’s details during the same form.
- Separate registrations are not allowed. A team name and team leader designation are not required.
Requirements
- Both participants must provide full name, college/university, department/course, year/semester, mobile number, email, student ID/roll number, and city. Section is optional.
- Both participants must verify email/mobile and upload a valid college ID card and recent passport-style profile photo.
- Valid student identity proof and completion of the online registration form are prerequisites.
